The communications system at Gloucester Rugby dated back to the amateur days and has struggled to keep pace with the ever-growing requirements of the professional era all the commercial activities that this now entails.
Lister Communications & Avaya have worked closely to design and build a ‘state-of-the-art’ system that will greatly enhance internal & external communications, allowing for staff moving around the large Kingsholm ground, training at Hartpury, the surges in demand for tickets and match information and so much more.
The Solution is based on the Avaya IP Office Communications Platform and includes:
Voice over IP link to Hartpury
IP DECT telephones for full access around the ground
Softwware Applications including: Voicemail, Auto-attendant, Interactive Voice Response, Integration to our Customer Databases
