  • how many calls are made between your company mobiles and your office? - if you are still paying for these calls you are on the wrong tariff, these calls could all be FREE
  • how many calls are made to and from your company mobiles to other company mobiles? - if you are paying for these you are on the wrong tariff, all of these calls could be FREE
  • are you being charged for calls to standard UK landline numbers? - again all of these calls could be FREE so you are probably on the wrong tariff
  • how many emails do you have in your inbox when you return from being out of the office? if it is more than a couple you should probably get set up with a mobile email account allowing you to access and reply to your emails whenever and wherever you are from your mobile phone

How efficient is your company?

Are you paying too much for your communications?

Please have a read through the scenarios below, think about how your company communications are set up and if you believe that you may be paying too much simply call 01453 829 251 or email tom.wharton@lister-communications.co.uk and organise a time for one of our team to come and do a full communication review of your lines, calls, phone system, mobile phones, radio systems or any other communication tools you have.

  • Telephone Calls - if you are still with BT for your calls you are guarenteed to be spending too much. On average we will be able to save you around 50% on your landline calls on most BT call plans. If you are with another company for your calls why not fax over your bills to us on 01453 829 233 so that we can do a price comparison for you? it won’t cost you anything so what have you got to lose?

  •  Line Rental - Over 50% of the people that we go and see regarding their line rental have either too many lines or lines that they are paying for but do not use. If you are on ISDN (digital lines) you will be on either ISDN2 or ISDN30 and a number of clients that we have seen recently have been using ISDN30 when they didn’t need to be. Also if you are on analogue lines still it is considerably cheaper and more efficient if you move to digital lines and you will then be able to use a huge wealth of new telephone system features. Many people are also paying for lines that they do not use. This happens when lines were moved or lines were stopped being used but BT never actually cancelled them so you will still be paying for something that you have never used. if you are with BT for your line rental we will be able to save you between 15-20% of this bill.   • Phone System - How many times does a call come in which is answered by the wrong person who then has to take a number of seconds to find the right person? a couple of seconds doesn’t sound much but if you think how many times this happens a day then multiply it by how many people you have in your company and then multiply that by how often this happens in a year, the number of man hours lost is extraordinary and the cost to your business is significant. We can set up your phone system so that it works in the most efficient manner possible, tailormade for your company and saving you not only time but also money.

  • How many calls do you miss everyday? - a missed call is a potential sale lost. If this happens a number of times a day, think how many times a year this happens, then take your average order revenue and think how much money those missed calls could be costing you each year?
