CommsOffice Lite - entry level call management system. Perfect for any switch & for up yo 250 extensions. The ‘Today Screen’ summary screen provides up to 6 graphs & charts which are customisable & the full range of reports can be saved, e-mailed & scheduled to run at intervals. Benefits include:

CommsOffice Standard - As above but with additional live ACD stats on Panasonic. This version offers wallboard features, with agent views & queue information. There is a scrolling desktop feature which displays live call stats across the top of the screen no matter what application you are in. This version is ideal for small to medium contact centres where the live stats can be displayed on a plasma screen in the office.
