The maintenance solution provided is dependent on the product set chosen but the most common features of any maintenance contract are upgrades and repairs. This ensures that the business continues to benefit from the initial investment made and the users are provided with up to date features and functionality.

Support is also provided across the full range of products and we have a number of different support contracts. This is of course dependent on both the solution purchased and the type of business. We can provide anything from ad-hoc support to 24×7 support for businesses who can’t afford to have any downtime at any time of the year.

All our support packages are flexible and they can be adapted to suit any business type. The standard contracts are based on the following:

  • Gold package – 4 hour response time

  • Standard package – 8 hour response time
