To avoid any disruption to your service over the Christmas and New Year Holiday period, please ensure you contact us with any changes you need to be made by Friday, December 13.
Contacting us by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org will ensure all changes are made before the holiday period begins.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to guarantee changes will be made if they are submitted after this date.
During the Christmas and New Year holiday, our opening hours will change:
- Christmas Eve. Tuesday, December 24: Office open 8am – 1.30pm.
- Christmas Day. Wednesday, December 25: Closed
- Boxing Day. Thursday, December 26: Closed
- Friday, December 27: Support services will be available
- Monday, December 30: Support services will be available
- New Year’s Eve. Tuesday, December 31: Support services will be available.
- New Year’s Day. Wednesday, January 1, 2020: Closed
- Thursday, January 2: Office open 8am – 5.30pm.
During the Festive period, please call 01453 829200 in the first instance and chose the relevant menu option.
