FASTSIGNS Gloucester are part of a highly successful global franchise business with expertise in project management, content development and graphic design.

When FASTSIGNS Gloucester decided to relocate offices in 2017 they contacted Lister Unified Communications for some professional advice to discuss their requirements. They saw this as the ideal opportunity to upgrade to something which was more versatile, easy to use and better value.

Requirement:

FASTSIGNS had a very old and dated telephone system on ISDN lines. They required a new communications platform which offered flexibility, was easy to use and was scalable to grow in order to keep pace with their business. They were intent on keeping the same phone number, having no downtime during the switchover and having someone to take care of all aspects of the move for them.

Solution:

Listers completed a free, in depth review of the current services and the new services required as well as a usage and bill analysis to identify potential cost savings.

We recommended the Gamma Horizon hosted phone system, which best suited their business needs and then pre-built and tested the system prior to installation to ensure everything was set up and working correctly. We set up their new broadband services and made sure that they were up and running in the shortest time possible.

The new cloud telephony system was then installed on site and training was provided. We provided a free post-installation site visit to ensure the customer was satisfied.
