Harvey Long, an apprentice in our Mobile Customer Service team, was set a challenge by his line manager Julie Weir to earn 5 x 5 Star ratings in a month from our customers via our online Customer Satisfaction Surveys. The reward would be lunch prepared and served by Director Rob Lister. Harvey, we are pleased to say made the target with a week to spare. No mean feat for the young apprentice. 'Great customer service is something we strive to give as a company, and is a key target for us to monitor, so it has been tremendous that Harvey has bought into our culture and got so many top ratings already. It has been good fun a long the way and Harvey fully deserved the meal' said Rob. Food seems to be a great motivator as the next target is for Falafels for the whole Mobile CS Team!
