Lister to stop charging for calls to Ukraine

The offer is made possible thanks to the kind gesture of network-provider Gamma, who will waive charges to us and in turn we are able to pass this onto you.

Effective for calls from 1st of March 2022, the service will run for as long as is deemed necessary to support the people of Ukraine, and in line with general industry consensus, hence this being made until further notice.

Charges may still appear on your Lister Unified Communications monthly bill, but a corresponding credit will also be applied.

We recognise that there is a small risk that some fraudulent calls may be made to Ukrainian destinations and will monitor for this. If we identify any abuse we will take reasonable steps to suspend the affected service(s) and this will become chargeable at the standard rates.
