Our investment in this will help enhance the great service already provided by your account management and support teams:
- 24/7 secure access so you can effectively manage your account with the ability to download bills, run reports and analyse call data, enabling you to drill down into precise detail.
- You can keep track of your unbilled usage throughout the month, reducing surprises and monitoring call, data and SMS usage daily.
- By integrating directly with some of our network partners you can manage SIM swaps and switch bars on/off for individual mobile numbers, giving you greater control and ability to respond in the event of loss or theft.
The new portal will be live in December, and don’t worry - it’s simple to use and will have the same login as our old billing system.
