SERVICE UPDATE – Some changes to our service charges

As many of you will have read in the press, Ofcom’s Wholesale Fixed Telecoms Market Review (WFTMR) published in spring 2021 warned that telecoms costs would rise over the coming years to support the ever-expanding customer usage of data.

Openreach subsequently announced it would carry out annual reviews and price increases across the WLR portfolio until at least 2025.

This will have a direct downstream effect on most of the UK’s network providers for broadband, landline and mobile services – and ultimately us too.

As such, for some of our products and services, some of these price increases will need to be passed on to you.

The price increases are based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI), which for January 2022 sits at 5.4 per cent.

We believe that these new prices remain excellent value, while allowing us to continue offering the exceptional level of service you’ve come to expect.

All prices changes are due to take effect from 31st of March 2022.
