For more than five years, Lister Unified Communications has been a trusted communications and IT partner to Monex, supporting the business with driver tablet solutions, IT support, and hosted telephony.

That partnership recently proved its value when Monex faced a potentially significant roaming charge after a user inadvertently consumed a large volume of mobile data while in Mauritius. Without safeguards in place, the cost could have reached approximately £9,000. However, because Lister Unified Communications had previously advised Monex to apply spend caps to each number, the user was barred once the limit was reached, reducing the company’s exposure to just £75.
