Top class equipment is important but this alone doesn’t give you full guarantees. Without first class maintenance and support services even a trivial problem could cut your access to your employees, customers, suppliers and data. No system is ever completely stable and the more complex the system, the more there is that can go wrong. Having experienced support on call can ensure that if your system ever goes down, there’s a team of technicians, familiar with your businesses specific set up, who can get it back up again.

We offer support and maintenance, not only of the systems that we fit, but also of systems that have been set up by other provider. If your having problems with your phone system, we can provide technical assistance to keep your business connected.

You can benefit from ad-hoc support to 24/7 support if your business can’t afford to have it’s business telephone system down at any time of the year.

All our support packages are flexible and they can be adapted to suit any business type. The standard contracts are based on the following:

Gold package, 4 – 8 hour response time

4 hours total system failure, 8 hours for other faults

Standard package, 4 – 16 hour response time

4 hours total system failure, 16 hours for other faults

We can support and maintain Panasonic or Avaya phone systems, including VoIP and internet phone systems, to help your business through issues with your phone system. We can also provide technical support for mobile devices and broadband or other internet connections.
